Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced and service-driven Overnight Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight hours across our collection of historic boutique inns. Serving as the Manager on Duty, this role is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience while overseeing front office operations, Night Audit, and supporting Food & Beverage operations as needed. The Overnight Manager works closely with department leaders to ensure the hotel operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This position is responsible for completing nightly financial and operational reporting, monitoring labor and revenue reports, supporting team member scheduling and training, responding to guest concerns, coordinating overnight operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable health and sanitation regulations. The Overnight Manager provides hands-on leadership throughout the shift, assisting both guests and team members as needed while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment and ensuring the property is prepared for a successful start to each new day.
