The Maintenance Technician II assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds at a residential property location according to established standards and prepares rental units for occupancy. This is an in-person position located on-site of the property, with a schedule of Wednesday - Sunday from 8:30pm - 5:00am, and requires a rotating on-call schedule.
