About The Position

This role involves minimal maintenance during overnight hours, with specific details to be discussed. The attendant will be responsible for delivering and retrieving items requested by guests and the night auditor. A key part of the role is to clean and maintain all corridors, elevators, public areas, public bathrooms, the lobby, landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring the hotel's standards of cleanliness are met during overnight hours. The attendant will also walk the property, both inside and outside, and complete a checklist.

Requirements

Maintenance skills preferred
Ability to push heavy carts.
Ability to talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
Ability to lift all equipment and supplies on and off cart.
Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment.
Pushing two hundred (200) pound carts.
Lifting one hundred (100) pounds maximum.
Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
