Overnight Lobby Ambassador (32 Hour Part-Time)- Madrone
About The Position
Action is seeking a part-time Overnight Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Madrone located in San Francisco. This role is responsible for representing Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction. The ambassador will maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, monitor lobby activity, maintain access control, and provide concierge services. Additional duties include completing a Daily Activity Report, answering and directing phone calls, receiving and distributing resident parcels, and addressing resident and guest concerns. A strong understanding of the association's governing documents is also required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude
- Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
- Proactive customer service approach
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
Responsibilities
