This role is responsible for leading by example in all member services and related activities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service. The Overnight Lead will also provide leadership to Member Service Representatives working overnight, assist in training and development, and ensure shifts are covered. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the cleanliness of the club, completing administrative responsibilities such as ordering supplies and managing the nightly register closeout, and ensuring effective communication with the day shift for a smooth handover.
