About The Position

Iowa 80 Truckstop, home of the World’s Largest Truckstop, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team of hard-working overnight Janitors. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facilities to ensure they remain the cleanest travel stops in the industry. The company emphasizes a service-oriented mindset and customer satisfaction as top priorities. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement and raises after 90 days with excellent performance.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently
• Friendly and positive attitude towards team members and customers
• Attention to Detail
• Willingness to clean all areas of our location without hesitation
• Provide quick, efficient, and friendly customer service
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Greets all customers within 10 feet of themselves
• Manage situations in a high-paced environment
• Great at multi-tasking with customer service as the number 1 priority
• Effective Communication
• Ability to work independently
• Pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check required
• Random drug testing for employees

Responsibilities

• Clean shower areas, restrooms, and floors throughout the facilities
• Empty trash inside and outside the building
• Run Floor cleaning machine
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
