About The Position

We are looking for an Overnight House Attendant to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach. Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel. Under the general guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Overnight House Attendant is responsible for supporting the Overnight House Attendant ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work overnight shifts.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items, and to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and security standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Room Attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
  • Remove soiled linens, trash, and debris from guest rooms and common areas in a timely and hygienic manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms, corridors, and service areas.
  • Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors.
  • Ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during rounds to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security standards.
  • Support special projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, guest privacy, and professionalism.
  • Provide lateral service and perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
