About The Position

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, maintaining uniform appearance, and assisting with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed. The position requires being outside and active, standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Must be comfortable driving stick-shift/manual cars.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
