About The Position

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. The attendant will also be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, resolving guest issues, and being an active and helpful member of the team. Occasional cleaning, maintenance tasks, and other special projects may be assigned. The position requires being outside and active for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and potentially lifting items up to 50lbs.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old.
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Must be comfortable driving stick-shift/manual cars.

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain company uniform appearance.
Resolve issues.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
