About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and assisting guests with self-parking. The attendant will inspect vehicles, maintain uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with. The position requires being outside and active, standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Able to drive manual (stick-shift cars).
• Prior valet experience.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
