About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. The role handles check-ins at kiosks and the front desk, responds to guest needs, and helps create memorable experiences. As an initial point of contact, the agent welcomes guests and orients them to the resort. This overnight position operates between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and provides guest support throughout the night. The posting describes the role as part of the leadership team, embodying Kalahari’s Promise to Lead with Love by guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering excellent guest experiences. The stated pay rate is $17–$18 per hour.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing personality and enjoyment of interacting with people.
Computer savvy and eager to provide excellent guest service when reviewing reservations and booking details.
Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
Guide guests through check-in at kiosks and the front desk.
Participate as a team member and apply the Kalahari Promise’s core values and service expectations.
Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and operating hours in a timely manner.
Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
Provide guest support and service throughout the overnight shift.
