About The Position

This is an hourly lead position in the Grocery Department, responsible for the direct supervision of the 'back door', backroom, and salesfloor during the early AM stock shift. The primary duties involve working with midnight stockers and support crew to ensure the department is stocked and merchandised according to specifications. Emphasis is placed on distributing work, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), scanner maintenance, and housekeeping. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned, such as an Aisle Clerk's responsibility for a designated section within the department. The role requires availability for 35+ hours per week, primarily during nights and early AM shifts.

Requirements

Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week, primarily nights and early AM shifts.
Repetitive lifting to 50 lbs.
Occasional lifting to 80 lbs.
Leadership skills.
Organizational ability.
Able to work well with minimal supervision.
Reliable, dependable, on time and rarely absent.
