About The Position
Ready to cook up something better? Join Snappy’s as an Overnight Grille Cook and help serve up customer favorites throughout the night. You’ll prepare fresh food for our customers and provide great service throughout your shift. If you’re dependable, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in serving up great food, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Education: high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
- Ability to work nights.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
- Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
- Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
- Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.
