About The Position
This is a full-time Overnight Front Desk position at the Holiday Inn Express in Willmar, MN. The role requires flexibility to work Monday-Sunday shifts from 11pm to 7am. Pay is based on experience. TPI Hospitality, a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience operating 25+ hotels and restaurants in Minnesota and Florida, is seeking a candidate who embodies their philosophy of serving guests, coworkers, and communities to create win-win outcomes.
Requirements
- Flexibility needed for Monday-Sunday shifts
- Ability to work 11pm-7am shifts
- Pay based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
- Complete daily audit tasks and reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
