About The Position

This is a part-time Overnight Front Desk position at Best Western in Fairmont, MN. The role requires flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, specifically from 11 pm to 7 am. The pay is based on experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
