About The Position
This is a part-time Overnight Front Desk position at Best Western in Fairmont, MN. The role requires flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, specifically from 11 PM to 7 AM. The pay rate is $13-16 per hour. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
- Complete daily audit tasks and reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
