About The Position

The Overnight Floor Technician cleans and maintains assigned floor areas and equipment during the 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift. The role uses carpet shampooers, buffers, rotary machines, blowers, and back vacuums; selects and mixes appropriate cleaning chemicals; and moves furniture as needed. The technician maintains equipment after use, reports problems to the Environmental Housekeeping Supervisor, follows company policies and procedures, and provides exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to guests.

Requirements

• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred; experience as a cleaner or equivalent.
• General knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers, and wax.
• Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment.

Responsibilities
