As an Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead, you will play a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of boutique fitness studios, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The position covers a four-stop overnight route across Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, with shifts running from approximately 11:00pm to 3:30am, four nights per week.
Requirements
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
- Able to use a smartphone app to clock in/out and communicate for work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to drive between multiple work locations on a 4-stop route in Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach
- Has a reliable personal vehicle for driving between work locations
- Available to work overnight approximately 11:00pm–3:30am on a recurring schedule, 4 nights per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Experience tracking inventory and placing restocking orders for supplies
- Experience serving as a main point of contact for a support or operations team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
- Taking before and after photos at each location to document results
- Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and quality
- Clocking in and out via smartphone app at each stop
- Tracking inventory of cleaning supplies at each location and placing restocking orders
- Managing cleaner attendance and coordinating shift coverage or replacements
- Serving as the main point of contact with Slate’s support team for operational issues
Benefits
