Route: Miami Beach → Wynwood
• Miami Beach (Address TBD, Miami Beach, FL) — starts 11:00 PM, 1 hr
• Wynwood (Address TBD, Miami, FL) — starts 12:15 AM, 1 hr
Schedule: Mon / Wed / Thu / Sat (4 nights/week)
Hours per shift: 2 hours of cleaning
Hours per week: 8 hours
Hours per month: ~35 hours
Both roles: deep clean studio spaces (reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, retail area), take before/after photos at each location, follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist, and clock in/out via app at each stop.
The lead additionally: takes inventory of cleaning supplies, places restocking orders when supplies run low, manages cleaner attendance, and coordinates same-night replacements if the cleaner cannot make a shift.
This role is critical to ensuring two high-end fitness studios remain pristine and welcoming for clients. You will work independently overnight, following a detailed checklist to deliver deep cleaning and support operational continuity. As part of a dedicated two-person team, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning
• Experience using a mobile app for clocking in/out and completing work tasks
• Ability to take before-and-after photos for documentation using a smartphone
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal vehicle for driving between Miami Beach and Wynwood locations during overnight shifts
• Availability to work overnight shifts (approximately 11:00pm–1:30am) on a fixed schedule (Mon/Wed/Thu/Sat)

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning fitness studios or other high-end customer-facing environments
• Experience performing deep-cleaning tasks for restrooms and public/common areas
• Experience tracking and restocking cleaning supplies or basic inventory
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating with a lead or supervisor to report issues and support shift coverage continuity
• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience (for lead role).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning at two studio locations each night, covering reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas according to a bilingual checklist
• Take before-and-after photos at each location and clock in/out using a mobile app
• Coordinate the overnight route between Miami Beach and Wynwood, staying on schedule and flagging any maintenance or safety issues
• Support the Lead with supply tracking and restocking coordination as needed
• Assist with attendance and coverage continuity by communicating issues and helping coordinate same-night replacement coverage
