About The Position

We are hiring a Night Cleaner / Lead Cleaner for an immediate start in Cranston, RI. Location: Sockanosset Cross Road, Cranston, RI 02920 Schedule: Overnight shift — starts at 11:30 PM 4 nights per week Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday Hours: Part-time: 2 hours per night Total: 8 hours per week Pay: Lead Cleaner: $19.00/hour (Role assigned based on experience and interview) About Slate: Slate is a national commercial cleaning company supporting top fitness and lifestyle brands. Requirements
- 1+ year of cleaning experience
- Comfortable working overnight independently
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Smartphone with data
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain fitness studio spaces after hours (floors, mirrors, equipment, restrooms, lobby)
- Follow a detailed checklist with before/after photos
- Use mobile app to clock in/out and complete tasks
- Lead role: manage supplies and support team performance
