As a Full-Time Overnight Express Driver at Viking Coca Cola, you'll embark on an exciting journey that starts with conducting thorough pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Following a meticulous check-out process, you will verify inventory before hitting the road to deliver our refreshing products to branch locations. Your role includes unloading these products and proficiently picking up damaged or returned items, as well as managing logistics for empty shells, CO2, and pallets. With a focus on professionalism and friendliness, you will engage with customers and team members alike. Utilizing handheld devices and printers for invoicing, you will streamline operations while adhering to check-in protocols and sorting duties upon return to the warehouse. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness of your company vehicle will be key, along with performing other assigned responsibilities, making every day a rewarding challenge in this vibrant work environment.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License
Pass a Motor Vehicle Check
Adhere to our Vehicle Safety Policy
Thorough understanding of traffic laws
Proficiency in defensive driving
Strong written and organizational skills
Effective communication abilities
Basic math skills for invoicing purposes
Comfort level with technology to utilize handheld devices seamlessly
