About The Position

At Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County (EAHCC), our overnight ER team is focused and ready for action, placing you on the front lines of lifesaving care alongside a trusted, fast-moving team when pets and their families need it most—this isn’t just another overnight job, it’s emergency medicine where your impact is immediate and real. Picture this: it’s 2:17 a.m. The waiting room is quiet… until it’s not. The doors swing open and everything shifts. You’re already moving—gloves on, mind sharp, instincts leading the way. There’s no hesitation, just action. You’ve trained for this, and your team knows it. The next few hours are a blur of controlled chaos—triaging critical patients, running diagnostics, stabilizing the unstable, and being the steady presence when everything feels uncertain. You’re the calm in the storm for both your patients and your teammates, keeping things grounded when it matters most. It’s not for everyone—the overnight hours, the intensity, the unpredictability. But for you, this is where you come alive. If you thrive when the rest of the world is asleep and take pride in being the difference when seconds count, this is where you belong. EAHCC is a 24/7 emergency hospital built for the unexpected. Every shift brings new challenges - and new opportunities to make a difference.
