This position is ideal for individuals seeking a career in mental health, or those with previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or Youth Worker.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background check
Responsibilities
- Support teens in daily routines and life skills
- Build positive, supportive relationships
- Help de-escalate stressful situations (training provided)
- Lead activities like fitness, music, or art
- Work as part of a team to support client progress.
