About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is for an Overnight Direct Care Staff member who will work a 7 on 7 off schedule, from Wednesday to Wednesday, 10 PM to 8 AM. The role involves supporting individuals with developmental goals, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work, with a promising future at Sevita.

Requirements

Must have had a valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
