About The Position

As an Overnight Direct Care Staff at Sevita, you will be a caregiver helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with participants, empowering them to engage in community activities, and supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
