About The Position
Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 or older to apply.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and tolerate being on their feet for the majority of their shift.
- Able to speak, write, and/or understand English.
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Prior custodian experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning your assigned areas according to standards and complete assignments without inconveniencing our guests and customers
- Having working knowledge of custodial equipment (rotary floor machine, automatic floor machine, carpet extractor, carpet shampooer, etc.)
- Obtaining knowledge of procedures, methods, and product use, pertaining to all assigned areas of public area cleaning
- Watching for the misuse of products and supplies
- Being fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures
- Perform any other duties upon request
