About The Position
The Overnight Custodian staff is responsible for ensuring the facility meets or exceeds standards of cleanliness to the utmost in guest satisfaction before, during, and after all events. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94 - $17.61 (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of how to use cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, etc.
- Basic understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Basic understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and reach above head, as well as perform repetitive motions in connection with cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, especially when dealing with cleaning products and Safety Data Sheets.

- Cleaning or event-related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Arrives for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform, and ready to work
- Performs light and heavy cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning bathrooms and locker rooms, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of garbage
- Restocks restrooms with supplies
- Works safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet all deadlines
- Maintains a positive, outgoing demeanor and acknowledges guests in a friendly manner
- All other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
