About The Position

Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards. This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
High School diploma preferred.
Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
Clean office areas, as assigned.
Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.
