About The Position

At Chick-fil-A, being a Night Crew Team Member is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to deliver excellence behind the scenes. Night Crew Team Members are responsible for preparing, assembling and handing out delicious, high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring that every order is fulfilled following Chick-fil-A’s high standards. You’ll work directly with a small, elite team while gaining valuable skills in teamwork, order taking, order assembly, and kitchen operations. Night Crew Team Members are essential in creating a smooth flow of service, supporting one another, and ensuring that guests receive the exceptional meals they’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The primary benefit of this role is premium pay of 20% ($3/hr) above the base rate of the daytime role. This position is specifically for night shift (10:30pm-6:30am), and you are required to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday night going into the following morning. You must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
