About The Position

Join Albertsons Companies as an Overnight Crew Chief and lead a team of clerks responsible for keeping the store running smoothly through the night. This role involves supervising stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. The mission is to lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to store policies.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM)
• Ability to lift heavy items
