About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an Overnight Cook who shares a passion for excellence and brings dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every dish. In this role, you will support overnight culinary operations by preparing high-quality food for both guests and employees, ensuring consistency, safety, and adherence to Four Seasons standards. This position works independently during overnight hours and plays a vital role in maintaining the flow and readiness of kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of culinary or related experience, with strong foundational cooking skills
• Proficiency in knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an overnight setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding kitchen work
• Must be able to obtain required Tuberculosis Clearance (TB)
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Execute prep work and advance preparation to support upcoming service periods while avoiding overproduction
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use
• Follow proper food handling procedures, including labeling, dating, storage, and temperature control
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with freezer pulls, and communicate potential shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
• Assist with prep work for subsequent shifts and support overall kitchen readiness
• Work independently while maintaining Four Seasons standards and contributing to a collaborative team environment
