Part-time Overnight Concierge (Friday & Saturday, 11PM-7AM)

About The Position

As our Overnight Concierge, you will take over after the second concierge shift of the day and close pending tasks. You'll be the first person people see as they walk into the building and the first voice they hear when they call in. Although this shift is usually the quietest, there's still plenty to do. You'll be the go-to person for everyone in the building. You'll handle resident requests, work on projects, coordinate maintenance requests and setup for the following day. You're the night watch at the property making sure it's peaceful.

Requirements

Attendance at Dweck’s New Hire Orientation is required and takes place on the second Monday of each month from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Headquarters in Washington, DC.
Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management.
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member.
Answer incoming calls.
Log packages and give to resident at the desk or drop-off to resident's door upon request.
Conduct package audits to ensure delivery and improve efficiency of package handling.
Assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns.
Respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team within 24 hours.
Work on administrative projects assigned.
Walk the building to make sure doors are closed and locked.
Watch security cameras for any irregular activity.
