About The Position

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Overnight Concierge at 7600 Broadway. As an Overnight Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service both in person and by telephone to our guests and residents.

Requirements

• One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional image
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Nice To Haves

• Class A Multifamily experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor lists and logs.
• Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
• Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders.
