Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of receptionist, call-center, or administrative experience.
Calm, dependable, and able to use good judgment when handling unexpected or emergency situations.
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with residents, visitors, team members, and emergency personnel.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities while working independently overnight.
Comfortable learning and using basic computer systems, security software, surveillance equipment, and other technology.
Enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a friendly, welcoming experience for residents and guests.
Comfortable walking throughout the community and grounds as part of routine security rounds.

Nice To Haves

First Aid and/or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact during the overnight shift, supporting residents, visitors, and team members while helping maintain a safe and secure community.
Provide a warm and welcoming presence at the Concierge Desk, answer the main telephone line, and respond to questions and requests.
Respond promptly to Independent Living call lights and assist residents with their needs or concerns, escalating when additional assistance is needed.
Complete routine security rounds throughout the community, including buildings, grounds, and resident areas, and monitor activity using available security equipment.
Manage after-hours entry and exits, secure doors and access points, and follow established visitor and security procedures.
Respond to alarms, emergency calls, and unusual or suspicious activity while coordinating access for emergency personnel when needed.
Accept overnight deliveries and ensure supplies are properly distributed and stored within the community.
Complete accurate security, incident, and other required reports while assisting with record maintenance.
Assist with overnight in-services, audits, staff communication, life safety drills, and other quality assurance activities as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment while providing courteous, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
