About The Position

Touchmark at All Saints is seeking experienced Memory Care associates with a passion for caring for individuals with cognitive decline. This role requires candidates to be Medication Aides (MA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). We are hiring for both Full-Time and PRN - Casual positions, offering flexibility in scheduling. A shift differential of $1.50 per hour is provided for evenings, overnights, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be committed to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion. They will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification, and have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment. Responsibilities include providing assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care, maintaining a commitment to confidentiality, and demonstrating patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors. A willingness to continue learning and improving skills is also essential.

Requirements

MA and or CNA
