About The Position

The Male Community Reentry Program (MCRP), a program of HealthRIGHT 360, is a residential facility with a capacity of 200 beds, designed for adult males who have less than two years remaining on their prison sentences. Instead of being incarcerated in a state prison, eligible individuals can complete the remainder of their sentences in the community through MCRP. The program offers a variety of rehabilitative services focused on substance use disorder (SUD), mental health care, primary care, employment, education, housing, family reunification, and social support. Treatment for substance use disorders and mental health issues provided by MCRP typically lasts from 6 to 12 months, ensuring comprehensive support for participants. The Overnight Client Safety Navigator (CSN) fosters a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. This in-person role works with program leadership, Sherriff's or local law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergency and crisis situations, including client drug use, overdose, programmatic interruptions, and other situations.
