About The Position

The Overnight Clerk is responsible for stocking store shelves with food and grocery products so they are ready for customers. The role involves moving products from pallets or carts to the locations indicated on the packaging, completing assigned areas accurately and on time, and helping maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment. Overnight shifts prepare the store for the day ahead. The clerk may also assist customers and support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient manner.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately, using location codes on boxes.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
