About The Position

This is a great opportunity if you prefer overnight hours and want a consistent caregiving schedule while keeping your days available for family, school, another job, or personal commitments. No caregiving experience? That's okay. Training is available for qualified candidates. As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll provide support and companionship to a senior in their home. The goal is to help your client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Requirements

• Be reliable and responsible
• Enjoy helping seniors
• Be comfortable providing personal care
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work independently in a client's home
• Have reliable transportation when required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA, LNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or Direct Care Worker is welcome.
• Training is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with daily activities
• Monitoring for changes in the client's condition
• Following the client's care plan
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
