About The Position
Mana Resources is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and attentive Direct Support Professional to provide overnight support for a female adult with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work and is committed to helping others live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Overnight responsibilities include providing support as needed, ensuring the health and safety of the individual served, completing documentation, and maintaining a calm and supportive environment throughout the night.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
