Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or home health care is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Availability to work overnight shifts consistently.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic meal preparation.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any concerns to family or supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow individualized care plans designed for each client.
