Overnight Caregiver
About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves providing overnight awake care, supporting individuals with their personal hygiene, and assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The position requires compassion, patience, and the ability to manage behavioral challenges and complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication skills

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)

Responsibilities
- Assist people with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
