About The Position

Agape is hiring FULL-TIME Overnight Caregivers at our Fond du Lac locations with a 7 nights on, 7 nights off rotating schedule. This unique schedule allows employees to work only 26 weeks out of the year while maintaining full-time status, offering extended time off for vacations, family, hobbies, or relaxation. The role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities. Agape of Appleton is a non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities and is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
• A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
• Must be able to stay awake the entire shift.
• One requirement of this position is to attend paid pre-scheduled mandatory trainings at our corporate off in Appleton.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
