Tandem Care is hiring experienced caregivers for overnight assignments throughout South Orange County. Our Continuous Care program focuses on consistency for both clients and caregivers, matching you with long-term clients and a predictable schedule. We believe caregivers deserve support and aim to place you in assignments that fit your skills, availability, personality, and preferred service area, fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
- Completed Live Scan background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Experience with dementia care
- Experience with personal care
- Experience with mobility assistance
- Experience with overnight supervision
