About The Position

Sevita is seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join their team as Overnight Caregivers in Clarks Summit. In this role, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. You will help people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This is a stable job at an established, growing company with opportunities for learning and development.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate
Must be willing to transport clients in company van
Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
