Professional Overnight Caregiver Needed Immediately!!! (10 PM – 6 AM)
About The Position
Curantis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable professional caregiver to provide overnight support for a client in the Mount Wolf, PA area. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver attentive, dignified care in a calm home environment alongside a respectful and supportive family. This is a high-priority position looking to fill immediately. The caregiver will provide overnight supervision and assistance as needed. You may rest in an adjacent room while remaining available to assist the client throughout the night. The client has mild dementia and benefits from patient, attentive care. The home is a non-smoking environment; caregivers must refrain from smoking during shifts and on the premises. The family is respectful, collaborative, and supportive.
Requirements
- Professional caregiving experience required
- Ability to provide patient, calm, and compassionate care
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for client safety and care coordination
- Reliable, attentive, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Background checks will be conducted in accordance with state regulations and client safety requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia care strongly preferred
- Experience with mobility assistance preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with safe ambulation during nighttime hours
- Provide toileting assistance as needed
- Support client with safe transitions into bed
- Monitor safety and well-being overnight
- Respond promptly with a calm, reassuring presence
- Communicate updates or concerns with the care team and family
