We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and "ready-to-work" Caregivers to join our team and enrich the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities in our local communities. We are currently hiring for two specific shift schedules: Weekday Night Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Weekend Night Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Whether you live in Topeka, Lawrence, or neighboring areas, we encourage you to apply—there is a good chance we already have clients near you!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A genuinely caring heart for seniors and individuals with disabilities, paired with a strong work ethic and high reliability.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, bedtime/morning routines, and companion care.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily routines.
- Provide attentive, empathetic, and patient-centered care.
- Keep open, reliable communication with our admin and supervisory team.
