About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregiver professionals for full-time and part-time overnight shifts. We’re looking for reliable Caregiver candidates who thrive in a supportive environment and are committed to providing high-quality, attentive care during nighttime hours. Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, attentive, and compassionate Caregiver with a strong commitment to helping others
- Availability for overnight shifts is required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we’ll pay for your Caregiver training!)
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight Caregiver support, ensuring client safety, comfort, and well-being
- Assist with personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed
- Monitor clients throughout the night and respond to needs promptly
- Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work primarily in clients’ homes, focusing on overnight care routines and support
