About The Position

BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is hiring an experienced Caregiver for overnight NOC shifts. We provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home care for seniors, disabled adults, and individuals who need support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you are a compassionate, dependable Caregiver or Home Care Aide who takes pride in providing exceptional care, we would love to speak with you.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Registered or willing to register as a Home Care Aide
• At least 1 year of professional in-home Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and reassurance overnight
• Helping with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
• Monitoring client safety and comfort
• Following the client's care plan
• Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
• Supporting a calm, respectful, and safe home environment
