Join Our Team as a BrightStar Caregiver / CNA in Tyler, TX! CURRENTLY SEEKING OVERNIGHT CAREGIVERS - Weekday and weekend nights. 12 hour shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CPR certification (in-person)
• Negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Minimum 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Must pass a Level 2 AHCA background check & drug screening
• Strong communication skills in English
• Physical ability to assist clients (lifting up to 50 lbs when needed)

Nice To Haves

• experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar roles

Responsibilities

• Assist with companion care
• Help with meal preparation, light house keeping, and companionship
• Accompany clients to doctor's appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation)
• Accompany clients to doctor's appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores
• Help with mobility exercises and document changes for the Director of Nursing
