This position is for an Overnight Baker/Fryer, working approximately 3/4am to 11am. The role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, assisting them with product selections, and processing incoming products. Key responsibilities include preparing various baked goods such as doughnuts, breads, rolls, and pastries according to established recipes, including icings and frostings. The job also entails molding and baking dough, inspecting product quality, reviewing production schedules, packaging fresh-baked products, slicing and wrapping bread, and stocking displays. Additional duties include preparing outdated products for thrift stores, baking cookies, recording inventory, completing production sheets, and maintaining a clean work area and equipment according to safety and sanitation procedures. Other duties may be assigned by store management.
